Actress-producer Kushboo has been invited to participate in an international conference to be held in Nairobi, Kenya on ‘Youth Empowerment’ on the invitation of United Nations Organisation.Sources quoted Kushboo as saying ‘the UN is planning a series of events to highlight empowerment of the youth. Plans are on to declare 2013 as the year of the youth and bring out their talents by the organisation. In this regard, I have been invited by them specially to address a meeting in Kenya between 15 and 18 March’.
Thanking the UN for giving her the opportunity, she said, ‘the meeting would discuss ways and means to empower youth and channelise their talent in the right way.’
