Priyanka Chopra canceled her press meet when media-persons had asked questions over Gauri Khan, Shahrukh Khan and Karan Johar.
Priyanka Chopra had allegedly been said to have an affair with Shahrukh Khan. Definitely this has not gone down well with Gauri Khan. She repeatedly ignored Priyanka Chopra at various functions. Gauri Khan’s good friend Karan Johar came to her rescue.
One of the Priyanka Chopra’s friend’s had given an interview alleging that powerful star wives were sidelining Priyanka Chopra. The friend also blasted a powerful director for ganging up with star wives. This has not gone down well with Karan Johar.
Karan Johar wrote some tweets which were said to be directed towards Priyanka Chopra. He tweeted, “Using their hired PR machinery and hiding behind so called “friends” to get news into tabloids is nothing but spineless and lame!!!”
Karan Johar tweeted further, “Some people need to wake up and smell the KOFFEE!!! Get a reality check before its too late!!! Grow up!!! and dont mess with goodness….”
Media-people were asking questions about Gauri Khan and Karan Johar. Normally Priyanka Chopra remains composed but not this time. Miffed with the questions, she canceled her press conference. Due to the lack of microphone, a journalist asked his question in a loud voice. To which Priyanka Chopra replied, “Gentleman, by raising your voice don’t think I will answer your questions.”
Shahrukh Khan too is said to be going through a low phase in his personal relationship. It seems time has changed. Earlier star wives were invisible and hardly used to give tough time to heroines having affairs with their husbands. Today’s star wives seem to be a different species.
Gauri Khan is a star wife who is not some helpless, tucked away in the confinement of home type of wife. She wields certain clout in Bollywood. Gauri Khan also seems to have powerful friends in Bollywood. It looks like Gauri Khan is capable of giving tough times to her husband and Priyanka Chopra as well.
