Ranjitha to make film on Nithyananda?

Ranjitha has confirmed that she was planning to make a documentary film on Swami Nithyananda. “But I have now put the plans on hold. However, it is a temporary decision and I will make one after some time,” she said.
The actress, who was caught in a controversy due to her alleged proximity with Nithyananda, said in an interview to a Tamil weekly that the documentary would have details about various noble works being done by Nithyananda and his devotees’ experience with him.
She said the 292nd Madurai Adheenam had made a right decision by announcing Nithyananda as his successor.“Swami Nithyananda is the right person to lead Hinduism. In a very short span, he has created crores of followers all over the world,” she said.
The actress, who is popular for films such as ‘Jai Hind‘ and ‘Nadodi Thendral‘, added, “I am one among the millions of devotees of Nithyananda. I will always remain one and I visit his ashram as a volunteer. No special status is being accorded to me there”.
