Mammutty's Jawan of Vellimal is ready to hit the Screen The shoot of ‘Jawan of Vellimala’, which marks the directorial debut
of Anoop Kannan is almost done. The film stars Mammootty in the title
role, and has Mamta Mohandas as the heroine.
The film that tells a story set against the backdrop of a dam, has
several other accomplished actors lending support. There is Asif Ali
too, doing a very special role in the film.
Apparently, Mammootty was so impressed by the script that James
Albert had penned, that he had decided to produce the film himself.
‘Jawan of Vellimala’ is a Playhouse production.
