Veera is a Telugu film which had Ravi Teja, Kajal Agarwal, Shyam, Tapsee and others in the cast. This hit film is being dubbed in Tamil with the title Veeriah.The audio CD of this film was released recently in Chennai. Director Bhagyaraj had released the audio CD.
The story of this film is about an honest police officer. Shyam who is a honest police officer who kills a rowdy in an encounter who rapes a girl in a women hostel.
That rowdy happens to be a brother of a powerful underworld don. That don wants to take revenge on Shyam burns his son. He also threatens that he will kill his daughter. Shyam and his family face lots of problems. At this juncture Ravi Teja who is a multitalented person is being sent to protect Shyam’s family.
However, Shyam‘s wife Satya (Sridevi) hates him and doesn’t like his involvement in her family affairs. Shyam comes to know that Ravi Teja was not the actually assigned security personnel.
Who is Ravi Teja who had come to destroy the villains? Why did he come to defend Shyam? All these questions are narrated in Veeriah.
The shooting of this film has taken place in Nagercoil, Bangalore, Ambasamudram and Rajahmundry.
