Ms Vanisree Bhatt from Banglore,won the title Miss Queen of India 2012 sponsored by Manapuram. Ms Akhila Kishore became the 1st runner up and Lakshmi Annand became the 2nd runner up. The competition was held at Le Meridian at Kochi
