The release date of Sunny Leone starer Jism 2 has been moved ahead.The Bhatts decided to prepone the film’s release date to avoid a clash with Ekta Kapoor’s Kya Super Kool Hai Hum that stars Tusshar Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh.
It seems encouraged by the curiosity the film has generated ever since it was announced, producer Pooja Bhatt has pre-poned the release of Jism 2 by a week. Now, instead of August 3, the film will release on July 27. The film is in the news because it stars Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone in the lead role.
An official message on the Twitter page of the film, which is directed by Pooja Bhatt herself said, “BREAKING NEWS – JISM2 to release one week ahead of schedule. We will now release on July 27, 2012. Your Monsoon just got even more wet & wild! (sic),”
Pooja Bhatt told a news channel, “The release date of the film was August 3, but after seeing the film’s rushes, my distributors want me to bring out the film in advance. In fact, my music company is also very gung-ho about the tracks. However, I’m prepared.”
The official page added that the first promo of the film will go on the air by the end of June.
Pooja Bhatt also confirmed that despite being a porn star, Sunny Leone was quite shy while shooting love making scenes. She said, “Why can’t an actor in reality be different from the person he/she portrays on screen? There is a certain difference between having sex and making love. The role that Sunny is playing is very complicated, which even a seasoned actress would think twice before taking up.”
Well, how the finally fares at the box office will be known later but going by the curiosity and excitement it has created, Jism 2 is going to have a grand opening.
