Manisha Koirala is making a comeback in Bollywood. There are reports that Manisha Koirala’s marriage to a businessman Samrat Dahal in Nepal fell apart. Therefore she is planning to go back to what she thinks she does the best, which is to act in Bollywood films.
There are rumors that just two years after she tied the knot, Manisha Koirala has already had several problems in her marriage and has allegedly filed for a divorce from her husband, Samrat Dahal.
With her relation with her husband, Samrat Dahal coming to a dead-end, Manisha Koirala is now planning to make a comeback in Bollywood in a big way. And though she has signed three projects, Manisha Koirala is not ready to talk about them at the moment. She said, “Yes, I have Okayed three projects but I can say nothing more about them until my producers decide to disclose more details about them. Now, I am meeting the directors of these projects to give the final shape to the films before they go on the floor.”
Manisha Koirala added, “Though the work on these three films will start this year, the films will release only in 2013. So my official comeback in Bollywood will only be in 2013.”
The usual trend in Bollywood is that when the lead ladies in Bollywood make a comeback they do not get the roles of usual Bollywood heroines. The recent example of the kind of roles the lead ladies of 1990s are getting right now is Raveena Tandon, who in a way got paired opposite Amitabh Bachchan in Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap.

It seems Manisha Koirala had bagged a Ram Gopal Verma movie, Bhoot 2. A source close to Ram Gopal Verma told a English Newschannel, “Ram Gopal Varma approached her for a film at a time when she was itching to do an interesting role. Manisha and Ramu were very keen to work together again after ‘Company’ but for some reason, nothing worked out. While casting for this film, RGV felt the role demands an actor of Manisha’s calibre. When Manisha heard the script, she immediately gave a go ahead. She is thrilled to be working again with Ramu after 10 years.”
