The most celebrated film in history will be presented to audiences in 3D format by James Cameron who has once again broken all boundaries and created a visual extravaganza that will have audiences running to the cinema halls! “Titanic” first released in 1997 and is one of the greatest love stories of all time, winning 11 Oscars that year.
The artistic process of re-visualizing TITANIC in three dimensions was overseen entirely by Cameron himself, along with his long-time producing partner Jon Landau – who both pushed the conversion company Stereo D literally to unprecedented visual breadth. Says Cameron, “The 3D enriches all of TITANIC’s most thrilling moments — and its most emotional moments. We get to bring Titanic back to the big screen after having been gone for 15 years. I’ve always thought of watching this film in theaters as a social phenomenon, where parents will take their children or teenagers would go with their mom. I’m a strong believer in the theatrical experience in general, but specifically for this film.”

In advance of the highly-anticipated 3D release of TITANIC, one of the most acclaimed films of all time and the winner of 11 Academy Awards including Best Picture, Fox Star Studios has launched a most innovative contest for audiences: The “Memory Vault,” a global online contest which gives users around the world a chance to document their memories of when they saw this very special film for the first time and why they’re looking forward to seeing it again, this time in 3D!Once entered into the “Memory Vault,” the most original and popular fan videos will be eligible for a chance to win a spectacular prize!
Users can describe their overall reaction, a specific scene, or whatever they associate with the Titanic experience; they will also have the opportunity to express their anticipation about seeing the film like never before, in stunning 3D, painstakingly converted frame by frame using the latest technology.
