Lakshmi Ramakrishnan ready to release her Aroganam

Actress Lakshmi Ramakrishnan has become one of the most sought-after ‘younger looking’ on-screen mothers in the Tamil film industry in the recent past.
The actress, who debuted in films with Karu Pazhaniyappan’s Pirivom Sandhippom, has hardly looked back and showed through Mysskin’s Yudhdham Sei that she is capable of taking on any kind of role and do full justice to it.

Actress Lakshmi Ramakrishnan is debuting as director with a film titled Aroganam which has an entire cast of newcomers.  The affable actress has been bankingon her script and dialogues to delier at the box-office and has wrapped up the entire shooting portion of the film.  She is now gearing up for the audio-launch of the film and released a ‘special song’ from the film dedicated to ‘mothers’ on the eve of World Women’s Day yesterday.The trailer of the film was also released on the occasion.  Talking about her film, she said, “It’s a family-oriented film.  In every household, the mother is the actual ‘heroine’ who dons different roles such as mother, wife, etc. and manages the household properly.  This particular song, dedicated to women, has come out very well and is loved a lot by my three daughters who get emotional on hearing it.”
Actress Lakshmi Ramakrishnan plays that the character of the ‘mother’ would be the central character in the film which reportedly has some very good numbers by Kay.  The audio launch is likely to be held in the first week of June.  The film has the likes of Sampath and Jayaprakash playing prominent roles.
